I Have an Employee Who Terminated Before I Could Offer Them Insurance, What Do I Do?
There are 2 answers to this question, the first one being we would put inthe date of offer that you would have made to this employee. The second is for the
most recent employees or up to date ones, for these ones they will pop up in the
center due to the 13 week parity.
